Here's some commonly asked questions that can help you better understand RINGZA.
Yes. You can use lubricant; however, it must be water-based and not silicone- or oil-based.
You can expect to have a regular 28-day cycle, with your period lasting about 5 days. You may have spotting and bleeding between periods (especially during the first cycle)—this usually decreases. Don't stop using RINGZA because of it, but if it goes on for over a week or you are experiencing heavier/increased bleeding, speak to your doctor.
Some women or their partners may notice RINGZA during sex. Remember to put RINGZA in as far as you can to place it high in the vagina.
RINGZA is a reversible method of birth control, meaning you will have a menstrual period when you stop using RINGZA. Wait until after this period before getting pregnant. This will help to better date the pregnancy. Make sure to speak to your healthcare professional about other forms of birth control you can use during this time.
If RINGZA was out of the vagina:

Take care when inserting or removing tampons, as RINGZA may slip or accidentally come out.
The first insertion of RINGZA must be before the expiry date. Then, you can continue to use it for up to 1 year (13 cycles) after that.
When you're not using RINGZA, store it in the provided black storage case at room temperature (15 to 30°C)—avoid storing in extreme heat. Do not refrigerate or freeze. Protect RINGZA from direct sunlight and keep out of reach and sight of children.
RINGZA should not increase the chances of getting vaginal infections if you are using it as directed.
RINGZA can slip or accidentally come out of your vagina during sex, bowel movements, or use of tampons. RINGZA can also move around and become visible at the opening of your vagina — if this happens, use your finger to gently push RINGZA as far as you can into your vagina.
Refer to the detailed guide on inserting RINGZA.
